Sealed quotations are invited from Authorized Firms/Dealers/Suppliers/Manufacturers for "Supply of Laboratory Chemicals and Glassware for Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant of Birmitrapur Municipality." The rate to be quoted shall be inclusive of the installation, handling, and transportation/delivery charges (exclusive of GST) as per list attached in Annexure-A. The quotationer is essentially required to enclose their GST Registration Certificate, PAN Card, Firm Registration Certificate, etc. The quotationer shall be required to produce the original copy of the required document before the undersigned at the time of opening of Quotation. The sealed quotation should be superscribed on the cover as "Quotations for Supply of Laboratory Chemicals and Glassware for Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant of Birmitrapur Municipality."
The quotation will be received on or before dt 29.10.2024 at 5.00 PM on Speed Post/Registered Post/By Hand and the same will be opened on dt. 30.10.2024 at 03.00 P.M in presence of respective quotationers or their authorized representatives. Download Document
